SALTSTONE & OATMEAL MATCHA BOWLS
These handmade matcha bowls are hand-formed in my studio using stoneware clay and finished in my own studio-made glazes. Each bowl holds approximately 10–12 oz, giving you enough space to comfortably whisk matcha while keeping the bowl balanced in your hands.
Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, glaze movement, and speckling are part of what makes each bowl unique.
Saltstone
Saltstone is an earthy, mineral blue inspired by weathered stone and sea-washed surfaces. Soft and calming, with natural movement and subtle gloss breaks that catch the light like worn rock near water.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is soft, earthy, and organic—a warm beige, oat-colored glaze with heavy speckling that naturally appears in random spots during firing.
Both glazes result in a matcha bowl that feels grounded and natural, with a soft satin matte finish that is comfortable to hold and beautiful to use every day.
Options
Matcha Bowl Only
Matcha Bowl + Matching Whisk Holder
Handmade Process & Ordering
Each item is slab-built or hand-formed, I do not use a wheel for my ceramics. Each item is also hand-glazed, so every piece will have a natural handmade look.
Each item moves through a natural process that includes making, drying time, multiple kiln firings, and then careful packing before shipping.
My current processing time is 4–7 weeks to allow each piece the time it needs to be made properly and thoughtfully. Nothing is rushed, and I work in small-batch cycles as a one-person studio.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase please email me if you need to cancel: hello@ditsypottery.com
